OJAI to OERK (November 23rd, 2008) Amman, Jordan to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Ok...my 1st long flight in awhile.  696 nm flight so why not fire up the big boy.  A plane I can't land, so why not?  Well after a 2 hour flight, I'm looking great on landing, and because I'm so caught up on picture taking, that I forgot about the most important thing....land the damn thing.  Pictures to come.

Royal Jordanian fleet in the background.  Cool looking passenger Terminal.

Sun over the wing.  Man, I might finally have this beast all trimmed out for a change?

Overshot the runway, killed power and stalled the damn thing.  Sheez...I stink.  So much for wasting 2 hours flying.....

Landing Score: 0.00   Flight Score:  I'm sure it would have been good, but another 0.00    ($!$#!$#!%!$#!@)

Nervous about heading to a country that's well, not very friendly to us US people, but got supplies loaded up in the plane for the US boys fighting for peace and and end to this stupid violence.  It's a mandatory stop, so will get in, greet some folks, drop off supplies and get boogie'n.

OIIE to UBBB (November 27th, 2008) Teheran, Iran to Baku, Azerbaijan

Last flight of the day.  Going to try a night flight.  Not good at them, but what the heck.  Well it wasn't pretty, in fact, ugly on landing.

Well, there's this thing called the throttle.  Not monitoring it will cause planes to crash because of stalling.  Yes, I Joe Mini failed to watch that aspect....Damn.

Landing Score: 0.00   Flight Score: 0.00

That hurts!
