We are certainly working on new features for FSFlyingSchool for XP10 and continue to add the technology we have built into the FSX and P3D versions of FSFlyingSchool PRO 2016. 
As a point of interest, which features of FSFlyingSchool PRO 2016 would you consider most attractive?

Yes - they are both very useful. It's nice to be able to 'talk back' to the instructor!
The X-Plane pilot can of course get the Voice Command Pack for FSFS for XP as an option.

We will continue to press on with development and try to add those features that we can from the (FSX) Voice Command Pack Deluxe to the XP version.
