We've fixed a problem in version 1.4.0 which, on a small number of PCs, caused an error if "relative wind" was chosen for an approach. 
Just download and install the latest version from here
www.fsinventions.com/download/FS_Instant_Approach_Setup.exe
and the problem is solved.
