Hi,
I just purchased FSFlyingSchool and installed it on Windows 7.
However when I try to launch it has an error that says it's a duplicate and error code 5.
And I don't see any duplicate?

| Hi - Thanks for your interest in FSFS! Make sure that only one copy of FS is running and only one copy of FSFS is running. Here is another common solution - windows security has become so tight that in order for FSFS to function correctly it is necessary that:
- The same user installed FSX and FSFS and FSUIPC.
- That same user is running FSX and FSFS.
- That user is an administrator on that PC.
- It may also be necessary to right click on the shortcut that launches FSFlyingSchool and choose "Run as Administrator" in order to avoid problems with Windows Security. If this does not solve your issue, please send a screen shot to support@fsflyingschool.com To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email.
To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
If you have any problems doing this - you can always just take a picture of the screen with a digital camera and send us that picture. As long as the picture is clear we can use that!
