I have just installed FS 2009 and am having trouble registring it. When i get to the registration page there are 3 boxes which ask for addresses and the final one has only 3 boxes. The case that the software came in has 3 sets of numbers with 8 numbers in each set and then has 4 sets of combinations of letters and numbers with 4 in each box. None of these seem to be compatable with the way the registration is set out. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be the problem and any remedies please.

| Hi - All four pieces of data are entered into the fields at the Credits Page of FSFlyingSchool. Run the program and you will see it over on the right.  You can watch a movie here Please let us know how you get on.

| Thanks for the heads up. Got the regisration sorted out and have just had first lesson with Instructor.Think he was heading to virtual bar last I saw of him!! Excellant programme looking forward to improving my sim skills.

I have tried to register a number of times without success.
1) Having failed, does it mean I cannot retry to register.
2) I downloaded the programme and cannot be sure of the way my address was entered. I am told I must enter it exactly as per order.
3) My delivery info was retrieved on an Apple computer and then transfered to my Windows computer I use for FSX. Would that cause a difference in the format of the info.

I have followed all instructions to the letter. I still cannot register the programme, getting the Invalid Key message.
Please help me, I am beside myself. Thanks

| Hi there - sorry to hear you are having trouble with the registration process. First -we have to be sure that the registration data you have is complete and correct. We would be happy to retransmit your registration data if we can locate your order and if your registration data was originally sent by us.
Please send the following information to support@fsflyingschool.com:
- The name of the product you purchased.
- Download or CD?
- The name of the shop you purchased from.
- The date of the purchase.
- The order number of the purchase issued by the shop or any PayPal transaction number.
- Any email address used at the time of the purchase.
This will allow us to determine who sent you the data and if it is complete. Also - can you send the data you have to support@fsflyingschool.com so we can examine it? Please do not do this by reply to this forum topic as your data is private. We'll soon have you up and flying with us.

No problem - you can try as many times as you like - if you make a mistake - you can try agian.

The best way is always to copy and paste the data as the slightest mistake will mean it will not work.

It should be fine. Please send us the data we have just requested (see other reply) and we'll soon get this sorted out.
