Flying School reports that I have landed with gear down. Float planes do not have landing gear. So how do
I correct this report?

Hi:

Glad to help!

Can you tell me the name of the aircraft involved as shown in the FSFlyingSchool Full Pilot Log Book?

I don't know which simulator you are using, but can you tell me the name of the folder which contains the aircraft?

For FSX for example, this would typically be a folder within "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects"

Finally - please let me know who published the aircraft and its commonly used name.

The aircraft is De Havilland DHC-2F by Aerosoft, I think it,s Beaver X package. Flying in FSX. I think this same problem would be on any float plane.

>> Float planes do not have landing gear.

FSFlyingSchool has concluded that the aircraft is an amphibian with the gear down.

We are currently finishing an add-on detail pack for the Beaver and have made some changes to the general program which will solve this issue. The general changes will of course be a free update owners of FSFS PRO 2015.
