I just bought the FS Approach program, but, I realized later I got a demo version that I have to upgrade giving some details which I do not have.
Namely fields 1 - 2 - 3 and a long number. I have the long number but not the file 1/3 ? Please help. Riccardo Papi

What is the full name of the product - and for which computer and simulator?
I don't know if you bought this from us or from a store.
Please look carefully at the data you received - it almost certainly contains a reference to not only the long registration number, but also the 3 fields that come before it - neither we nor our vendors would send out an incomplete code, although you have my sympathy as sometimes a vendor will send out codes in a format which is not easy to understand. 
You should be able to find 4 codes that look something like this... (this is an example)
45235754
62358754
45662357
6A23-755A-65A8-9B64-55B4
If you cannot understand the codes, please email the place where you bought the product and ask for the codes again. 
Please do not post your codes here under any circumstances - they are your personal, private property.
Please let me know how you get on!

Thank you. I just tried my first FSX Approach,
the number was given to me as 12345678,12345678,12345678,2222-2222-2222-2222-7700 (of corse they are not the real numbers, but It was easy to understand that this was the number and not 4 different codes.
Anyway thank you very much. Now it is all OK

The location of the program download file has changed - the new location is in the email for you.
If you need it sent to a different email address - please contact us by email and give us the new address.

Hi:
I checked and the email address of the purchase (to which we just sent the data) is the same as that linked to your forum membership.
If you have not received the email, it has almost certainly been blocked by a SPAM filter.
I have sent it to you by private forum message as well.
