| This program will not download properly or operate. Thinking I was doing something wrong I paid a computer technician for two hours of his time. He suggested I get a refund, stating the download is defective. He also stated this program is poorly designed and disregards many program protocols. He also stated the program was obvioulsy never tested or you would have discovered it is defective.I could not be any more dissatisfied with this purchase. Kindly let me know where to send the CD and get a complete refund. rgolds63@aol.com
