Registering FSFlyingSchool is not the same as registering FSUIPC.
 
FSFlyingSchool's registration data contains, amongst other things, a 20 digit hexadecimal number (with digits running from 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F)
You register FSFlyingSchool after you install it, at the Credits Page of FSFlyingSchool.
 
FSUIPC's registration data is not the same as this. Do not confuse the two. 
 
You must register FSFlyingSchool if you want to fly outside of a region running from Chicago to Green Bay. Registered versions can fly all over the world and can submit scores to our unique web score tables.
 
You do not need to register Peter Dowson's FSUIPC to use FSFlyingSchool.
FSUIPC v3.xxxx is installed automatically by FSFlyingSchool when using with FS2002 and FS2004, but you will need to download and install FSUIPC v4.xxxx when using FSX.
 
If you'd like to have the extra award winning features of FSUIPC which are only available to users who buy it, you can buy an FSUIPC registration code later, but you do not need to buy it in order to fly with FSFlyingSchool.

I would like to add without FSUIPC there are a lot of programs out here that we may not have had the pleasure of using. I use plenty. I'm not wealthy. I'm on disability and retired. I'm greatful to all the authors who put out freeware. But lets face it. We all would like to get paid for our time.  When I don't have the money I don't mind and I'm sure neither does the author. But if you do use a program, like it and woiuld like to thank the author register. It's not for nothing. After registeration you'll be able to use the other parts of FSUIPC that are just icing on the cake. Thanks again guys for a wonderfly fun program.   Kevin

As Kevin says - FSUIPC has lots of great extra features which you get if you register it - I just need to make clear to all FSFlyingSchool fans that registration is in no way necessary to use FSFlyingSchool - the free version of FSUIPC is all you need and is freely available from Peter Dowson's web site.

where can i get the free version of fsuipc , i down loading it from pete site and it keeps asking me for the product key , so am unable to use fs flying school ? please explain how i can run  fsuipc without the key ? thanksin advance

Hi

Just download the latest version of FSUIPC 4 for FSX or FSUIPC 3 for FS2004 from the site refered to in the FSFS manual.

Install it and when it asks for a registration key - just skip it. Press cancel at the registration screen. (There are many add-on programs which work this way with the free version of FSUIPC.)

That's all you need to do.

i HAVE DOWNLOADED FSUIPC 4.40, BUT IT ASKS FOR A CODE AFTER INSTALLING AND I DO NOT HAVE THE CODE.

I NOTE THAT YOU SAID YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER BUT EACH TIME IT ASKS ME TO REGISTER...HOW DO I GET AROUND THIS????  THANKS,

PS SAW WHERE YOU SAID TO SKIP BY CANCELLING...I DID THIS BUT THE PROGRAM CLOSED BACK TO THE INSTALLATION BALL AND DID NOT INSTALL.

FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT AND PROGRAM WORKING AND HAD FIRST FLIGHT.

HAVING NOW A PROBLEM THAT WHEN I GO TO WATCH VIDEO TUTORIALS UNDER INFO TAB.  WHEN I LAUNCH A VIDEO THE FSFLYING SCREEN LOCKS ON TOP OF THE VIDEO.  I AM USING WINDOWS MEDIA.  SUGGESTIONS??

2. Are you able to watch the video?
