| I got my copy of FSFLYINGSCHOOL2010 yesterday and have installed it. It will not accpet the code(s) I am trying to enter. In the box I have three sets of 8 numbers divided by a comma and 5 sets of 4 alphanumeric divided by -'s. I have tried to enter the whole thing as is, just the numbers and just the alphanumerics but it comes up bad format everytime. Please can someone help me Thanks

| Thanks for purchasing our product - sorry to hear about the problem with the codes - glad to hear you are up and flying with us. In order to help others - here is some more information.
The program will always run as a demo until it is registered.
Customers need to run the FSFlyingSchool program in order to register it.
We strongly recommend that you copy and paste registration data directly from the email you received from the seller.
We have a movie which demonstrates how to register FSFlyingSchool here:

NOTE: The second half of the movie deals with numerical codes. Our vendors send out the registration codes in a variety of formats and we cannot control this.
As the movie shows - the registration data may be sent out as name, address, email etc OR as a series of 4 numerical codes separated by commas.
If you did not purchase from us directly then the data you will place into the 4 fields at the credits screen of FSFlyingSchool2011 is (these are non-functioning example codes - you must use your codes):
