I will reply information which will be able to help all customers with any of our products.
As license data is private data and cannot be dealt publicly, all assistance is done using support@FSFlyingSchool.com - please contact them using the following steps.
We can retransmit your registration data if we can locate your order and if your registration data was originally sent by us.
Please give us the following information (as much as you can and please give your best guesses if you are not sure):
- The full name of the product you purchased.
- Download or CD?
- The name of the shop you purchased from.
- The date of the purchase.
- The order number of the purchase issued by the shop or any PayPal transaction number.
- Any email address used at the time of the purchase (note that this might not be your current email address).
- The customer name used with the purchase (may have been purchased by a relative).
