Hi folks! First post here. 
I purchased the "FSFlyingSchool for X-Plane 10 - Cessna 172 Edition + Voice Command Pack" combo earlier this week. And while I'm enjoying greatly the Flying School, I can't seem to get the Voice Command feature to work outside the "demo" area.
Was I supposed to get an additional licensing code for the command pack?
What's happened is that I received an email with my license to active FSFlyingSchool, and an additional e-mail for the Cessna 172 Detail Pack. Followed by an additional e-mail to disregard the code for the Detail Pack.  But since then, I've sent e-mail's back to the support and sales e-mail addresses about this issue; and haven't heard back. Can anyone tell me what's the usual response time for e-mails sent?
Again. This is a FANTASTIC product. It's definitely something that X-Plane has needed for a very long time.

| Hi - Many thanks for your kind words about FSFS! I will find out what is going on with your Voice Pack codes - you certainly need a code to use it outside the demo area.  What features do you like best about FSFS for X-Plane?
