| Hi Firstly - please try the latest version - it is here: http://fsuipc.simflight.com/beta/FSUIPC4.zip (It is not a beta version - it is current - FSUIPC 4 v 4.60 ) See if that solves the problem.  From what we can make out it looks like you are getting a version of this... 
1. Can you check what the message asks and let us know what you find there? 2. Are you running a non-English version of Windows? 3. Which Windows version number? 4. Is this a brand new PC?
