My landing scores constantly tell me my throttle must be at idle when landing, regardless of whether I have them at idle, pulled all the way back to the off position (on the quadrant), or otherwise.
I'm using a saitek throttle quadrant and the default Baron B58 for x-plane.
I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong, anyone have any ideas?

Hi:
Add-on controls such as the Saitek throttle quadrant can introduce uncertainty that is not there when the keyboard is being used, but they can of course be accommodated. 
The problem is often that the reading from an axis on a controller is not really "zero" when it should be zero (off) or also commonly that the reading is unstable - it is 'bouncing' from one value to another. 
Are you able to adjust the settings of the controller using their configuration software?
If all else fails you could also tap F1 on your keyboard to throttle to idle just before landing - although I cannot guarantee that this would override the signal coming from the throttle quadrant.
