I had no intention of using PayPal and it seems your site automatically redirects the purchase there.
To make matters worse I have not received a license key.
Please contact me ASAP for details as this is obviously confidential.

As explained on our web site on the page on which the customer makes the purchase - "Our shop is powered by PayPal - but you can pay with any major credit or debit card"

We attempted to send an email to the address used with your purchase and it was rejected by a service which asked us to fill out a form, but the link to the form only produced the following message: "Unable to process Allowed Sender request." We therefore cannot send email to that address. This also means that your emailed registration codes will not reach you. Please let us know - via this forum - what you would like us to do next.

Thank you for reminding me that I had set up a username and password in the 'old' fs9 version of your programme.

Neal Hi Neal - sorry I am not sure if I can help - not sure what you mean. FSFlyingSchool works with FS9 (FS2004) in all its versions - does that help?
