I downloaded FSFlyingSchool 2010 and registered the product with no problem.  I then purchased the Cessna aircraft but when I downloaded that it also down loaded FSFlyingSchool 2009.  There was no registration key on the e-mail I got from the vendor PC Aviator so could not register it.  When I exited FlyingSchool I was told I had not purchased a copy.    What is the procedure for downloading these perograms?

Thanks for purchasing our products - we are sorry to hear about the problems you've experienced.

To solve this case:

1. Install FSFS2010 and register it.

2. Enter the registration code for the Cessna Pack that you were sent shortly after you purchased it into the FSFS2010 program at the credits screen. Note that the registration code for the Cessna Pack is a single code - not several codes like the registration data for FlyingSchool itself.

I have also paid for FSFS and, I thought, that I had paid for the Cessna 172 add-on but I can't find it. Will you PLEASE confirm that I have paid for BOTH parts of your program.

This is the second time I've queried this and have had no reply thus far.

Your after-sales service is a bit lacking.

Your pre-sales nagging to get folks to sign up is pretty good but I guess you work harder on that aspect of your business, don't you?

May I apologize if you have replied to my first query and you have answered it but I haven't been able to find it. The site shows that I have put in three items since I joined but I can't find the first two. (This isn't a good start to my FSFS career and I fly even worse).....my best flight score is only 65.....

Date
Shop
Full name of customer
Email address used
Name and version of product(s) Purchased
