| There's that old saying, why fix it if it isn't broke? I notice on the Schratti's (sp?) website that they are now up to FSUIPC4 4.30 version. Just curious, what is WideFS7? But my main question, everything is working great (ver 4.28), is there any advantage to loading this new version? Thanks and I'll hang up and listen...

We've always encouraged our users to use the most current version of FSUIPC. It may contain bug fixes or fine tuning, etc. and we have never regretted suggesting that folks upgrade whenever a new version comes out. Having said that - it pays to always read the release notes on the FSUIPC site. Clearly, if there is nothing of interest in the release notes and your system is performing fine, then upgrading can wait...
