Hello,
Thank you for your software, greatly appreciated but I got the same issue as the author of this topic.
Anytime I load a flight plan FSFS crash without notice.
I tried to install FSFS in several folders, drives etc. Updated windows, graphcis drivers everything. FSFS keep crashing when loading a flightplan.
I also tried lots of flightplan, generated by PFPX, Simbrief, Xplane default etc, the same thing happens with a kernelbase.dll error.
Did you find something useful for this issue?

We are working with Alex on this issue.
Can you tell me
- Windows version
- X-Plane version
- FSFlyingSchool version
- Do you develop software on your PC
We have found that the issue may be related to flight plan destination airports, so can you please use the X-Plane GPS to create a flight plan which starts at an airport but ends at a VOR which is NOT AN AIRPORT and save that and then try to load it into FSFlyingSchool.
Alex has been able to load such a plan and this helps us gather data to resolve the issue.
At present, if the plan ends in an airport - it fails to load into FSFlyingSchool on Alex's PC.
I want to determine if the following applies on your PC...
1. If the plan ends in an airport it will not load into FSFlyingSchool
2. If the plan DOES NOT end in an airport it WILL load into FSFlyingSchool

First, thank you for your relly quick reply.
Then as asked here is the informations you need:
Windows 10 64 Bits Pro 1809.
Xplane 11.30r2
FS Flying School 2019 Xplane 11 + 10 v7.0.0
I'm not developping software on my PC.
Used the Xplane default G1000 GPS to create a flight plan to a VOR. Saved the flight plan and FSFS successfully loaded the flightplan.
Used the Xplane default G1000 GPS to create a flight plan to an Airport. Saved the flight plan and FSFS failed to load the flightplan.
So yes, I can confirm that if the flight plan ends with ai Airport FSFS fails to load the flightplan.

Many thanks for the data!
With yours and Alex's help we have established that on your (two) PCs:
1. If the X-Plane flight plan file ends in an airport it will not load into FSFlyingSchool
2. If the X-Plane flight plan file DOES NOT end in an airport it WILL load into FSFlyingSchool
Are you using a non-English version of Windows?
Have you changed any of the regional settings?

I'm using french language and regional settings. I have also english as additionnal language.
I'll do some checks to see if I find something interesting.

Ok, so I changed my pc to English Language, Regional settings has been updated also to english and now the flight plan load correctly into FSFS. Then I only changed my regional settings back to France and now FSFS crashes again while loading up the flightplan.
So I can confirm the issue with Kernellbase is related to non-english regional format on Windows.

The situation right now looks like this - for the error to occur it needs:
- Non-English Windows
- Flight plan terminates at an airport
- Extra factor as yet unknown - this is very important and 100s of people all over the world are using it and fewer than 5 people with this issue
If you have a moment could you also test with a plan to an airport that you know is NOT AN ADD-ON so we can be sure that the problem is not being caused by the destination being an add-on airport.

I can confirm for the issue to occur:
-Non English Regional Format on Windows (Other language are fine, I'm using french language but my regional format is set to English (United States) and it works)
-Flight plan terminates at an Airport
-No extra factor known
All tested flight plan used unmodded airports (default X Plane 11 Scenery).

I am not sure I fully understand - are you saying that Windows is French on your PC, but you have made some changes which are not standard to French?
