Where do you find the maual so that I can print it out for reference purposes?

I have a purchased version of FSFlyingSchool from PC Aviator (on disc v1.7.1).

Good question GordonS!

The manual is installed onto the PC in the same folder as FSFlyingSchool, when FSFlyingSchool is itself installed.

Normally, unless the user chooses a different location during installation, the manual will be located at:
C:\Program Files\FSFlyingSchool\FSFlyingSchoolManual.pdf

You can find it from the Start Menu by using...
Start Menu... Programs... FSFlyingSchool... FSFlyingSchool Manual

The manual itself is a PDF file, which is read using Adobe Reader which is free   and almost certainly already installed on your PC.

At the time of writing (March 7 2008) the manual is 38 pages long and contains approximately 14,000 words.

If you're planning to print the manual, please print on both sides of the paper!

We always ask users to keep in mind that one of the most important things any pilot should understand is that to get the most out of FSFlyingSchool, the manual must be read.

I like to think of FSFlyingSchool as being a little like a modern autopilot on a big jet. It uses complex internal logic to be able to do all kinds of useful things, but if you don't understand how to use it, you'll just get frustrated and turn it off.
