| Hello, Recently I installed FSFlyingSchool at my new pc. However, the program keeps telling me that the codes I received when buying the programm, are not valid. Are the registrationkeys (3 numeric sequences and the registrationnumber itself) someway connected to the hardware? Greetings, Bram Stikkel

| Bram: No there is no link with the hardware and the key should work no problem. Please send a screen shot of the invalid key message via email to us. DO NOT post it here on the forum. The fastest way to solve this is of you could send us a screen shot of the screen with the "invalid" message on the screen. We need to be able to see your registration details just as you have entered them into the screen. We have included an example screen shot to show what we need to see (some details are blurred out). To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email to us at info@fsflyingschool.com or just REPLY to THIS email. To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
Also, please let us know from which outlet you purchased FSFlyingSchool.
